Dr. Jessica Hutcheson is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of experience in education, learning and development, and nonprofit leadership. As Vice President of Learning and Development at ChargerHelp!, she designs and implements innovative workforce training programs to support the growing electric vehicle (EV) charging industry.
Jessica is also the Founder and CEO of I.G.N.I.T.E. Consulting, where she provides executive coaching, corporate training, and strategic development for organizations seeking transformative growth. She serves as a Practitioner in Residence at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), helping advance leadership and workforce innovation in the clean energy sector.
